You can train alone, but you’ll miss flaws you don’t know exist—movement patterns, pacing issues, loading choices, technical details that unlock progress.

One of the biggest mistakes people make when restarting fitness is relying on feelings to make decisions. At Fringe, we teach a simple structure that keeps members consistent long after motivation dips:
