This 35 year old gentleman was unhappy about the fullness of his chest. He did not like to take his shirt off at the beach or during summer activities. Under twilight anesthesia at our surgical center, with the assistance of a PECs block for comfort, power-assisted liposuction of his chest for gynecomastia reduction was performed. He is seen here 5 months after surgery. He is healing beautifully with a very natural contour, and his access scars will continue to fade over time.
