Bikram Yoga-the original HOT yoga. 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises that will calm your mind, strengthen your body, & change your life. Vinyasa Flow-begins with relaxing poses, then moves into a Vinyasa-style flow class done to music. You sweat, move, & stretch your entire body. After, you feel incredibly calm, cleansed & revitalized from head to toe. Hot Pilates-mat style pilates. A low impact workout incorporating Pilates principles & HIIT fundamentals; combining low impact cardio with full body strength training during the class. Torched Barre-combines barre & yoga in a heated room. Ignites muscles & increases heart rate, torching calories. SHAPE, SWEAT, & STRETCH. HIIT-High Intensity Interval Training that guarantees a new challenge in every class. Workouts are designed to improve your overall fitness - strength, cardio, flexibility, agility, & endurance. Vin to Yin-begins with Vinyasa Flow & ends with Yin Yoga. Plan to work all your muscle groups & move deeper into your practice. Expect to leave class relaxed, yet energized. Yin Yoga-a slow-paced class with postures held 2 - 5 minutes, enabling you to get deeper. The heat will be turned off, but the room will be warm.
