Senior business and nonprofit leaders were welcomed by Chelsea McCartin to learn the ins and outs of assisted living. As part of Leadership Howard County’s premier 9-month business development program, participants deepen their understanding of the community while fostering a commitment to growth and improvement.

We had a big birthday in the park! Happy 96th Birthday, Christina! 🎂🎉

Bev Ludwig, Harmony Hall’s fitness instructor, led the birthday celebrations for our wonderful resident, Christina Robertson! Christina is a regular at our fitness classes and truly a ray of sunshine in beautiful Harmony Park. ☀️

We love the positive attitude she brings each and every day, and we can’t help but smile when she does. 💛

Nell Beall is officially the new executive director of Harmony Hall and she's already making a great impression with staff, residents, and on social media as well! 😁

Nell brings over 10 years of senior living experience to her role, with experience as an activities director and admissions director at Lorien Mt. Airy. Nell clearly shows that senior living is her passion! So lets give a big welcome to Nell Beall! 🥳

There’s a new face at Harmony Hall, and the torch has officially been passed! ✨

Victoria Rosier, our former Executive Director, has made an incredible impact on Harmony Hall—both professionally and personally. From building meaningful relationships with residents and staff to helping innovate senior care in Maryland through the planning and opening of Harmony Park, her leadership has truly left a lasting mark. While she won’t be far from Harmony Hall, we are deeply grateful for all she has done for our community.

With that, we are excited to welcome Nell Beall as our new Executive Director! 🌟 Nell is no stranger to the Lorien family and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in assisted living. We are thrilled to have her step into this role and look forward to all she will accomplish here at the beautiful Harmony Hall.

As we ring in the New Year, we also get to highlight January's Employee of the month! Kettelie Noel! ✨🥂

Kettelie is Harmony Hall's jack of all trades, working in our dining department, and does CNA and PRN work around the building as well! Always a hard worker and always shows up with a can do attitude!

Beginning her Harmony Hall journey in 2023, Kettelie says that Harmony Hall has become a second home for Kettelie, as she appreciates both the residents and her colleagues. She takes great pleasure in caring for the residents. ❤️



She also takes passion in cooking Haitian cuisine for friends and family, and she just likes to have fun with the people she's close to.

Thank you so much Kettelie for everything you do! We can't wait to see what else you accomplish in the new year!
