Let us welcome Harmony Hall's newest Head Chef, Tyler Lakey! 👨‍🍳🙌

We had a chance to sit down to talk with Chef Lakey earlier this week, this is what he had to say about stepping into his new role!

"Hello! I'm Chef Tyler Lakey. With 30 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, I am a passionate Executive Chef. I am recognized for crafting memorable, resident-focused dining experiences through a variety of cuisines and refined culinary techniques.
I excel in menu development, sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients, and prioritizing a balance of nutrition and flavor. My commitment to enhancing the overall dining experience involves connecting with residents, adapting to their preferences, and delivering meals that are both comforting and exceptional.

I am thrilled to join the team here at Harmony Hall and look forward to providing an enjoyable and uplifting dining experience."

Shout out and a big congratulating Miguel Cruz, our Employee of the Month!🥳

Miguel has been a dedicated member of the Harmony Hall team for the past 4 years as a Dietary Cook. Originally from Mexico, Miguel brings not only incredible cooking skills to our kitchen but also a genuine passion for making others happy through the meals he prepares each day.👨‍🍳😋

Miguel is known for being reliable, dedicated, and a true team player. Always willing to jump in and help wherever he’s needed, his positive attitude is what makes Harmony Hall a better place for everyone.❤️

The Memory Ball trivia night was a success at Harmony Hall! 🙌

We put our knowledge to the test and our generosity too! As the Region Sales Director, Victoria Rosier, prepares for her big night at the Alzheimer's Association Greater Maryland Chapter's Memory Ball, at Harmony Hall for this fantastic fundraising event to show our support! 🧠🤔

We had a fantastic dinner prepared by our culinary department and we had a close game! (Shout out to the Memory Ballas).🥳

Congrats to the Harmony Hall CMT graduates 🎓👏

Lara, Donica, Kenson, and Claudia, Dashanae, Adriana, and Asa are now Certified Medical Technicians and they all learned at Harmony Hall. Learning is the pathway to success and in the medical field learning isn't just done in classrooms, it's also done in the field! At Harmony Hall we create an environment of education, mentorship and comradery that promotes growth and leadership! 💪🧠

Last night, our residents gathered for a meaningful Passover Seder, sharing stories and traditions with one another, enjoying the evening as a community❤️
From the Seder plate to the songs and laughter around the table, it was a beautiful evening of connection and celebration.
