10 classes with down and I can’t wait for so many more! I have to thank for setting up a team workout with them because it opened up my thoughts to more tonal/low impact training. Since starting, the stability and control I have of my core, back, and spine has never been better! Not only that but my arms, OOF (love the arm burners even though they make me breathe real heavy by the end of the set😂)! As a chiropractor, having great fine motor control of my arms is essential for delivering the perfect adjustment every time and pvolve has helped to increase that tremendously🙌 if you’re looking for a new addition to your daily workouts, this is the place!
