We’re launching our new Youth Psychoeducation Group at As You Are Therapy Group in Columbia, KY!

This group helps kids and teens (ages 7+) learn and practice important life skills like:
- Managing big feelings
- Setting boundaries & showing respect
- Coping skills for stress
- Conflict resolution
- Building healthy friendships

Each week combines discussion, activities, and games to make learning fun and meaningful — plus, dinner is provided!

Morgan will be purchasing food based on the number of people who sign up.

If you’d like to donate, you can drop off nonperishable food items at our office or donate funds directly to Morgan to help purchase groceries.

Community Food Support Effort:

Many Kentucky families may lose access to food benefits starting in November. As You Are Therapy Group cares deeply about our community and we want to help where we can.

Morgan, our owner, will be organizing a food support effort to help local families. The goal is to provide groceries for anyone in need.

If you or your family may need food assistance starting in November, please contact us or monitor this page for updates about when food pick-ups will be available.

If you’d like to contribute, you can:
- Drop off nonperishable food at our Columbia office: 3785 Liberty Rd Columbia, KY
- Reach out to Morgan directly to coordinate other options for support
