As part of our commitment to reimagining patient care, Maury Regional Medical Center is expanding capacity in our Emergency Department, including adding 10 treatment areas for a total of 48. As part of this effort, we are temporarily modifying our visitation guidelines in the Emergency Department to the following:
☑️ One visitor per adult patient
☑️ Two visitors per pediatric or special needs patient
☑️ Should you have more than one visitor, a secondary waiting area is available in the hospital's main lobby via the front entrance (A-1). This lobby may be accessed after 9 p.m. by using the marked after-hours entrance next to the front entry's main sliding doors.
This temporary change ensures the safety, privacy and efficiency of care as we work to enhance our Emergency Department to serve our growing community.
We understand that construction and these visitation changes may cause some inconvenience; however, our team remains ready to provide the highest level of emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, do not hesitate to seek treatment. Please rest assured our doors are open to care for patients with an unwavering commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care.
