Here's how to maximize the benefits of lymphatic drainage:

1️⃣ Hydrate properly by drinking water one hour before the session.
2️⃣ Practice diaphragmatic breathing during the session.
3️⃣ After the session, walk for 15 to 20 minutes or take the stairs.
4️⃣ Avoid alcohol consumption for 24 hours.
5️⃣ When you get home, elevate your legs for 10 minutes, keeping them above heart level.

Bonus tip: If you have had drainage performed on your legs, wear compression stockings after the session if recommended by your doctor.
