Prayer Is in the Business Plan — 2026 🤍

As I map out the vision, goals, and strategy for 2026, one thing remains non-negotiable: prayer is part of the plan.

Not as an afterthought.
Not as a backup.
But as a foundation.

Prayer grounds my leadership, shapes my decisions, and reminds me that this work is bigger than numbers, growth, or productivity. It keeps me aligned with purpose, integrity, and service—especially in the moments where wisdom matters more than speed.

In 2026, I’m committed to building thoughtfully, leading humbly, and trusting God with both the outcomes and the process. Plans will be written, goals will be measured—but direction will be prayed through.

Faith and strategy can coexist.
Purpose and professionalism can walk together.
And when prayer leads, the work follows with clarity and peace. ✨

Here’s to a year of meaningful connections—
the kind that feel safe, honest, and life-giving.
Connections that remind us we’re not meant to do life alone.

I’m hopeful.
Hopeful for deeper conversations, genuine laughter,
mutual growth, and relationships rooted in purpose.
Hopeful for alignment, peace, and the courage
to choose what nourishes our hearts and minds.

May 2026 be a year where we show up fully,
love intentionally,
and create space for what truly matters.

Therapy is not about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about slowing down long enough to hear yourself again.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, therapy offers space to be — to sit with your thoughts, untangle what feels heavy, and reconnect with what feels true.

Healing doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes it looks like comfort.
Sometimes it looks like rest.
Sometimes it looks like choosing yourself—one conversation at a time.

If you’ve been carrying more than you let on, you don’t have to do it alone. 🤍

How did I get so lucky?

Ashley, happy birthday 🤍🎉

The funny thing is, you probably do not realize how much you set the tone at EW! The peace you carry, the way you handle hard things without making them heavy for everyone else, the way you notice people and follow through.

You’re the kind of leader who makes room for everyone. The kind of supervisor who pays attention. The kind of boss who protects the team’s peace while still pushing the work forward. This has been a gift to experience.

What you bring is rare and you display the kind of wisdom that makes people want to rise. You model what it looks like to lead well and live well, and it has shaped this team more than you know.

So today is a real celebration!!! A pause to make much of you, out loud. We love and appreciate you Ashley!! May this year be everything you want it to be!

Today, we pause to honor and thank every Veteran who has selflessly served our nation — standing in the gap for freedom, unity, and peace. 🇺🇸

First stop; IHOP for my red white and blue pancakes 😊

As both a proud Veteran and a Veteran’s spouse, this day holds special meaning for me. I’ve seen firsthand the courage, sacrifice, and resilience it takes — not only from those in uniform, but from the families who serve alongside them.

To my fellow service members, past and present: thank you for your strength, your sacrifice, and your steadfast commitment to something greater than yourselves.

Let us continue to serve our communities, uplift one another, and carry forward the spirit of honor and dedication that defines military service.

🎓 Congratulations, Nikki! 🎉

We’re thrilled to celebrate Shani “Nikki” on the completion of her Marriage and Family Therapy program!

Nikki and I first met years ago through our partnership with a local church, where she provided referrals for counseling. Even then, her compassion and wisdom were unmistakable. Nikki came to this field as a non-traditional graduate, bringing years of counseling experience through her work in ministry. She has a remarkable gift for helping families navigate relational challenges with grace and understanding.

We’re so glad she chose to formalize her experience through her degree and internship here at Everyday Wellness. To know Nikki is to know that she truly has a heart for people — and that heart shines in everything she does.

It has been such a pleasure to serve as her clinical supervisor, and we can’t wait to welcome her back in the new year as she continues her journey toward becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. 💚

Congratulations again, Nikki — we’re so proud of you!
