Our Story
Dr. Thomas D. Snead, O.D. has over 20 year experience. His staff is highly trained to assist in all aspects of your visit. Our office is conveniently located beside Firehouse Sub, in Columbia Tennessee, near the Columbia Mall. Our parking lot is handicap and wheelchair ramp accessible. We have a vast variety of glasses frames for men, women, and children. We have a wonderful selection of lens options, which our staff will be able to educated and help you select the perfect match for you. We will file vision and medical insurance for all patients when applicable. We accept all forms of payment (master card, visa, American express, discover, personal/business checks with proper ID, and cash). We except most insurances such as Davis Vision, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Superior Vision, United Healthcare/ Americhoice (commercial plans), Block Vision (Amerigroup Routine Vision Insurance), VBA (Vision Benefits of America), Principal Financial Group, and TennCare Select just to name a few. Our office has openings for morning and afternoon appointments that will fit your schedule. We are open Monday through Saturday. Walk-ins are welcome.
