Guardian Primary Care Services is surprisingly affordable. Telemedicine appointments are 30 dollars. We assess a flat fee of 120 dollars (excluding any laboratory or x-ray fees) for in home visits payable in advance. A.Guardian Primary Care Services is a Family Practice Medical Clinic that provides non-emergent health care problems (diagnosis and treatment of common medical problems) in your home, telehealth appointment, office, or other on the go location. Q.What is the age ranges of the patients you see at your clinic? A.We see patients from the ages of 10 years old to Senior Citizens. Do you accept health Insurance (Medicaid, Blue Cross, etc.)? We believe everyone should have access to quality medical care whether they have insurance or not and at an affordable price. Q.What is the cost for seeing a medical provider? A.There is a flat fee of 30 dollars payable prior to services rendered for in home services or 120 dollars for a telemedicine appointment. Is this medical practice accepting patients and what is the cost? Yes, Guardian Primary Care Services is currently accepting patients into the practice. The cost is 30 dollars for a telemedicine appointment. Q.If I decide not to become a patient of the practice can I still see a medical provider at Guardian Primary Care Services? Absolutely, Yes. You can be seen by a medical provider without being a patient of the practice. There is a $120 flat fee for home visit medical appointment and a $30 dollars telemedicine appointment. Q.Will my treatment be kept confidential? Your medical visit will be kept confidential and your medical records will be kept via a secure Electronic Medical Records that only your medical provider will have access to.
