Join us for Saturday Mornings with Jaki, an ONLINE 3-Week series with Jaki Nett on Saturdays from 7/13-7/27 2024, 8:00am-10:00am.

During this series, asanas will be practiced for precision and alignment. The importance of understanding and employing anatomical and kinesiology principles will be emphasized to fortify and refine the asana.

Students' questions are always welcome.

Jaki is a very accomplished Level III teacher. She explores and teaches asana on multiple levels. Her teaching has evolved into a methodical amalgamation of Iyengar Yoga, musculoskeletal and Kinesiological principles, symmetry, stability and balance.

Jaki is very present in her teaching style and accessible in her personality.

All levels are welcome. This series is not suited for students that need therapeutic adjustments.

Summer is marching on!

New schedule starts this week. BUT there is a modified schedule this week 🙂

8/1 Tuesday 5:30p

8/4 Friday 5:30p

Next week regular schedule Monday & Friday 5:30p.

We are adding a Prenatal Yoga class to our schedule on Tuesday nights from 6-7pm, starting next week, June 6. If you are pregnant, or trying to conceive, this is a wonderful class for you. Even if you are simply planning to conceive in the near future and are curious about how to modify your practice, you are more than welcome to attend. Please share with anyone you know that might benefit 💛🙏.
