We provide compassionate care when women need it most. Join us in supporting women & families in Mid-Missouri.

My Life Clinic provides cost-free services and practical support to women and families experiencing an unexpected or unsupported pregnancy. My Life Clinic is a nonprofit pregnancy resource center that provides free services and support to women facing unexpected pregnancies.

Join us next Monday, March 9 for our next ✨ Bump to Baby class! ✨ This month’s class will cover breastfeeding, formula, pumping, bathing, swaddling, feeding and sleep schedules.

Class meets from 5:30–7:30 p.m. on the second Monday of every month at The Para Project. Free dinner and childcare are provided for kids under 10.

We created Bump to Baby as a community resource open to anyone! Please help us spread the word by sharing this post with friends and family members who could benefit from this course. 💛

If you’ve had an abortion experience, you’re not alone. 1 in 4 women and men in the United States will have an abortion experience by the age of 45. This includes people from every background, faith, and walk of life—many who never expected it to be part of their story.

If abortion is a part of your story, we are here to walk alongside you. Together, we’ll seek healing using SaveOne, a Bible study designed to help women recover after an abortion experience. Wherever you are on your healing journey, we are here for you.

Whether your abortion was last week or 50 years ago, you have a place in this group.

Group will meet at The Para Project every Wednesday morning from 7:30-8:30am starting March 4. Anyone with an abortion experience is welcome to join.

Since 1992, My Life Clinic has provided free services and support to women and families facing unexpected pregnancies in Columbia and Mid-Missouri. Every interaction we have here is guided by our mission: inform, empower, and equip our clients to make life-affirming decisions about pregnancy, sexual-health, and relationships by meeting them with Christ-like compassion.

It’s our vision that Mid-Missouri would be a community that values life in all circumstances, and that, in turn, we would see women and families thrive. In 2025, we welcomed 181 new partners, while 493 long-term partners continued to give faithfully in support of this work! Each new partner is evidence of this vision becoming a reality across Mid-Missouri.
