Jeannette K Paul

Jeannette K. Paul, lovingly known as “Mami Yani,” passed away peacefully on October 28, 2025, in Spring Hill, Tennessee, at the age of 78.

Born in April 1947, Jeannette was the beloved daughter of the late George Kopp Breth and Graciela Kopp Arenas. She is preceded in death by her parents and is survived by her devoted husband of 41 years, Bryan Paul; her cherished children, Mario (Dannielle) Bertuol and Jenny Patrizia; and six adoring grandchildren: Brittany, Tommy, George, Grace, Anabelle, and Gianni. She also leaves behind her treasured dogs, Jordan and Luigi, who brought her much comfort and joy.

Jeannette's life was defined by grace, beauty, and deep compassion for others. Crowned Miss Venezuela in 1966, she carried herself with elegance throughout her life, not just in presence but in spirit. She was known for her selflessness, always putting the needs and feelings of others before her own—even in her final days, she wanted to ease the worries of those around her.

A true lover of life, Jeannette had a passion for travel and adventure. Together with Bryan, she explored the world through sea cruises and countless road trips across the United States. Bryce Canyon National Park held a special place in her heart.

Her love for nature extended to her own backyard, where she lovingly tended to an exquisite flower garden boasting over 100 different plants. She found joy and peace in the vibrant blooms she cultivated. Another cherished hobby was knitting scarves for friends and family. Her home was filled with colorful skeins of yarn, each chosen with care and affection for the people she loved.

Above all, Jeannette deeply loved her family. Her warmth, kindness, and unwavering devotion touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She was truly loved by all.

Jack C Parson Sr

Jack Condley Parson, age 82, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at his home in Ethridge, Tennessee, on October 22, 2025.

Born in Mount Pleasant to the late J.B. Parson and Irene Hill Parson, Jack lived a full and vibrant life centered around family, friends, service, and a joyful sense of humor that touched everyone who knew him. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy, a Vietnam veteran and later retired from the Army National Guard. His commitment to public service continued in his civilian life as a Deputy Sheriff for Maury County, as well as a probation officer and court bailiff.

Jack was known for his larger-than-life personality. He had a gregarious spirit, never met a stranger, and had an uncanny ability to bring laughter wherever he went. Affectionately known as “Paw-Paw Jack,” he adored his family and found joy in spending time with each of them—attending ballgames, sharing stories, and simply being present in their lives.

A true outdoorsman at heart, Jack enjoyed fishing and camping. He loved singing, tinkering with boats and cars, and could often be found rebuilding vehicles or fine-tuning fishing rods. He had a deep appreciation for history and culture, evident in his collections of knives, swords, and Native American artifacts. He was also a skilled carpenter who took pride in building his own home.

Jack was an avid Tennessee Volunteers fan—cheering on his team with enthusiasm: “Go Big Orange!” He also had a passion for yard sales, flea markets, and antique hunting, always on the lookout for hidden treasures and an opportunity to barter.

In addition to his parents, he is proceeded in death by; his brothers Sonny Parson, Charlie Bill Parson, and twin brother Mack Spencer Parson; sisters Ellen Stanford, Jean Scharrer; and his grandson, Caiden Henry Parson, whom he shared the same birthday with.

He is survived by his children: Jack Condley (LeeAnn) Parson II, Kimberly Parson, Stephen Brian (Donna) Parson, Tina (Michael Mencer) Parson, Becky (James) Robb, and Blake (Crystal) Parson.

He leaves behind a loving legacy through his cherished grandchildren, John Condley Parson, Drew (Shannon) Parson, Cody (Autumn) Prince, Calleigh (Allison) Szostek, Aerial (Jonathan) Cunningham-Hinson, Alli (Travis) Hanvy, Jack-Reed Graham, Briley Graham, Ashley Grace Graham, Lily Robb, Carter Parson and Collin Parson.

Jack is survived by his only living sibling, sister Joanola Pullum.

He is also survived by his beloved pet — and self-declared “favorite child” — Little Bit, who rarely left his side and brought him constant comfort and companionship.

Jack’s life was defined by service, laughter, love, and a deep dedication to his family. His memory will live on in the stories shared, the values he instilled, and the many lives he touched with his vibrant presence.

A visitation will be held at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant on Monday, October 27, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., and again on Tuesday, October 28, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. A Celebration of Life will follow at 2:00 p.m., with burial to take place at Polk Memorial Gardens. Ricky Glass will be speaking.

Serving as pallbearers are Blake Parson, Condley Parson, Drew Parson, Cody Prince, Michael Mencer, James Robb and Joe Olejniczak.

Honorary pallbearers are Jack-Reed Graham, Briley Graham, and Howard Mangrum.

The family would like to offer a heartfelt thank you to Dr. David Hutchings, “Lightning,” his trusted barber, Compassus of Lawrenceburg, the Maury County Government, and the dear friends and community at Drop Anchor RV Park for their care, support, and friendship. Nancy Jayne Warren

The loving Nancy Jayne Warren, 56 years old, passed away unexpectedly on the 12th of October 2025 in Hohenwald, Tennessee. She came into the world in Somer's Point New Jersey on the 12th of March, 1969, to one Joyce and Charles Clark and has never been without family to love her and remember her. She is survived by her children Allie Warren, Nickolas Warren, and a child of her heart, Heather Anderson.

She never failed to muster strength and joy to be present and supportive for her beloved children, and the light of her soul has passed unto them. Every joy and sorrow could be shared with her and if there was some way she could help, she refused to rest until she could see it done. Few souls in this world are as dedicated to helping as hers was. She was a deeply loved mother, aunt, sister, and daughter, and no life that came to know hers was left without a little extra warmth.

Nancy was enamored with life. Plants, animals, and the people she loved, all of it. She loved her garden and had many pets over the years that are surely with her now, dogs like Seven, and her beloved horse from her youth, Lakota. She loved the beach, the home of her heart, and every trip to it left her with the biggest smiles. She loved handiwork, building and making and fixing anything her loved ones or her garden needed. She loved movies, and concerts, and any excuse to spend time with her family all together.

Her children each have a heavy heart as it comes time to live in this world without her. Her sisters Colleen, Lisa, and Bonnie, and her brothers Adam and Clay also live and carry on her spark. Her parents Joyce and Wh**ey have passed on, as well has her beloved stepfather James. A private ceremony with her close friends and family will be held to honor her.

In the words of a dear friend of Namcy's, Andrew Schmidt, "Once in a while I hope to see her as lightning across the sky - on Lakota, with her hearty belly laughter like grumbling thunder." No changing of home for our souls could keep us from seeing her again, again, again. Until next time, mom.
