Vertigo and other vestibular issues can be debilitating. Intense spinning and dizziness with laying down and/or turning can be treated in physical therapy! In some cases, complex dizziness will require more involved balance and oculomotor training, and even strengthening the neck. We can train intensely at Tao of Physical Therapy by using the Rehab Arch and harness by Mass Rehab to mitigate falling and allow you to push your limits.
