Woo hoo! Guess who is working out and loving it? My daughter and I enjoyed a class together to celebrate my big 25! 🥳No matter what age or stage of life, it is never too late to find something that motivates you and suits your body’s needs! is that for me! I actually like working out! And we are so fortunate to have a local studio, ! Follow the link in my bio and try their classes. They offer a variety to fit needs and limitations. Welcome to our new Chiropractic Assistant, Kiersten! A native from Florence, SC she is also a senior in the Health Sciences department at USC. At home, Kiersten has a mini golden-doodle , Charlie, and lots of chickens! She is training for a half marathon and is involved with her sorority, Kappa Delta. “Everyone has been so friendly and nice! Today we say THANK YOU to .byrd ! She came as our USC Exercise Science intern and stayed another 6 months as an employee! We have loved and benefited from her everyday! Isabella is on her way to to become a pediatric occupational therapist. We already know she has a bright future and successful career ahead. Thank you, Isabella, for all your hard work and dedication to helping our patients have a better experience and care.
