It is more than a gathering- this is a return to yourself.

Together, in a sacred and supportive space, we’ll explore themes such as :

Each month includes :
🍃A restorative weekend, circle where, together, we will hold space for you to be who you are always meant to be.
🌀Weekly inspiration, prompts, or practices to deepen the months theme and to help you to continue moving forward in your healing journey

There will also be optional workshops for a more immersive experience at a discount.

This space is for women of all ages and stages who are ready to rest, reflect, and rise into their fullest expression – with the support of a loving sisterhood beside them.

A reminder of a get together this Tuesday, tonight, at 235 S. Main St, Suite 4, Columbiana from 5:30-6:30. We will be discussing how to move our behavior from a subconscious, no thought, instant reaction to a thought out, heart felt response. While we may not be in control of the circumstances in our life we can control our behavior. Are you controlling your behavior or is your behavior controlling you?

If it’s not true for you already- start taking the steps to make it so!

With whom do you spend most of your time? Who do you have most of your conversations with? Who is there for you no matter the hour?

Yourself. You are your constant companion. You are the common denominator in your life. You are the one responsible for your life. 🌿

So find ways to become your own best friend. Support yourself. Show the same patience and compassion for yourself as you would for a dear friend. Take time to develop and nuture a loving, caring relationship with yourself. 👭🧑‍🤝‍🧑

Listen to your inner voice. When it speaks to you from a place of fear, speak to it with love. Let it know that it is heard. That it is important to you. That you value the relationship. 💕

As you gain trust in each other, listen for the words of wisdom. Take your own advice. You are everything you will ever need. Cherish yourself. Enjoy your life to the fullest. Live your life with passion, moment to moment to moment. 🦋
