Woohoo! I have been cleared to go back to work as long as I take it easy! Thank you everyone for your patience and understanding while I healed. Also a huge shout out to Dr. Lisa👏 for her fantastic adjustments, and to my daughter Emma👏 for applying Medicupping under my guidance. None of it was pretty or without pain but was a definite gamechanger. Without either I'd still be weeks from returning. ***Getting a jump start on any musculoskeletal trauma is the key to healing quicker👍***
Ok, see y'all next week, we have some catching up to do🤩!!

Hiya, everyone!😊
I apologize if you've been trying to get ahold of me. Tuesday morning I had a scary accident at my home that resulted in my being life flighted from the trauma of how I landed on the steps. By the grace of God I am ok; deep bruising with swelling over my right side ribs with a severe case of road rash down my right side. I've never been happier to be chubby🤦‍♀️, my hips and right thigh took the brunt of the initial contact and slowed my momentum saving me from hitting my head.
Needless to say, I probably won't be going on vacation next week. If I'm feeling up to it I'll reach out to the clients I had to cancel this week to get them taken care of in the latter part of next week.
Again, I apologize for any inconvenience and I hope to see you soon.

I love when a client goes out of their way to thank me.🥰 This client is having vocal paralysis issues. We added vacutherapy this week to help stretch and release the surrounding anterior and posterior muscles. If you didn't know already, I have been certified in MediCupping (Vacutherapy) since 2015, and utilized it in my practice extensively when I lived in SC. I studied under Anita Shannon at her institute in Asheville, NC.
In this area it is beginning to gain traction for it's therapeutic benefits, and my clients don't hesitate to ask for it to be added to their treatments.👍 If you'd like to know more about it, take a few minutes to read the article I linked below.

Update: Oh my, what a fantastic response🥰! You're generosity has been more than expected! Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone that has reached out.❤️. As of now, we do not need anymore donations, unless I've spoken with you already.

I received the following request yesterday. It is for women's clothing and apparel. I apologize, but because of an ongoing investigation I cannot reveal the person in need at this time. They were able to get a bag of clothing from the Lake Mount Clothing Closet yesterday.
If you can help, please let me know; you can drop off your donation with me at my office. Thank you for your understanding and trust in me that the person in need will receive your gift of kindness.❤️
