Vanessa’s journey in healthcare began early—at just 17 years old—when she started working at a weight loss clinic. That experience sparked her interest in supporting others, and she's been passionate about connecting with people ever since.

🌟 Meet our new Medical Assistant, Lorin! 🌟

Originally from Trussville, she moved to Shelby County in 2019 when her fiancé purchased the Calera UPS Store. Since then, she’s built a career full of care, connection, and growth—starting at the front desk of a clinic and quickly discovering she thrived helping patients behind the scenes.

When she’s not working hard (always like she’s broke 💪—her favorite piece of advice that someone once gave her), you’ll find her reading, crocheting, or spending time with her boys. 💙

Her advice for anyone starting out in healthcare? "Give yourself grace." 🙌

Say hello to our newest team member - Medical Receptionist, Caitlin!

When she’s not helping others, you can find her diving into her favorite hobby—cross stitching (or just making art in general 🎨).

Before joining us, she spent 5 years in banking and 2 years in printing & stationery.

Dream travel destination? 🇯🇵 Japan! Between the beautiful art, rich culture, and amazing food, it’s at the top of her bucket list.

Julie, one of the compassionate hearts behind our care team! Originally from sunny Fort Lauderdale, FL, she came to Alabama for college—and met her husband, Ken, along the way. 💕

Julie says the best part of her job is “seeing sick patients recover"—it’s what fuels her passion every day. 🩺

She’s all about pizza, Greek food, crab legs, and raw oysters, and if she’s not helping patients, you might catch her dreaming of her next trip to Italy (she’s already been twice—and loved every minute!). 🇮🇹

💬 Best advice she’s ever gotten: “Love others and treat them the way you want to be treated.”

🐾 If she was to change career paths - She’d be a veterinarian—she’s passionate about animal welfare and loves seeing the transformation of rescued pets into beloved family members.
