Welcome! My name is Malory Sukosd. I’ve been practicing yoga on and off over my lifetime. I never stuck with it until recent years. I’ve been practicing yoga consistently for over a year now. Yoga has brought complete balance to my physical, mental and spiritual life. I decided that yoga was not only something I wanted to incorporate in my everyday life: but that I had a passion to educate others within the yoga practice. Yoga is a great reliever for our day to day life stressors. It has brought so much newness and power with each practice I partake in. I love to share my own yoga practice journey and empower others in their own. Yoga is for ANYONE. That is the beauty of yoga. You don’t have to match the poses, look a certain way or have any prior knowledge to practice yoga. Yoga meets each individual on their own path and journey. I recently graduated YogaRenew’s 200HR YTT program and have become a certified Yoga Instructor to share the joy of yoga with those around me, near and far. It has been quite an amazing journey and I will continue down this path in my life for all the beauty and restorative powers my personal yoga practice has brought. Thank you for reading. Namaste.
