I’ve spent the week in Birmingham attending a professional conference to deepen my knowledge and strengthen the care I provide in my counseling practice. Also, meeting others in the field who I can add to my client’s resources. It is truly an honor to be trusted with your mental health journey.

Continuing education is not just a requirement—it’s a commitment I make to ensure I’m offering the most effective, compassionate, and evidence-based support possible. Thank you for allowing me to walk alongside you in your mental health journey.

I am officially a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)! 🎉
I am grateful for everyone who supported me and helped me get here. Big shoutout to my kids and my supportive husband. Ryne is my safe place, my support and encourages me daily.
I appreciate every client that has trusted me with their mental health. One of my first clients said I want to, "enjoy life not endure it" and that has stuck with me ever since.
I’m so excited for what’s ahead and grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way. 💙

What are you doing to take care of yourself?
Self-Care is finding time to unwind and relax even if just a few minutes.
My self-care:
I love to take walks
I go to the gym (trying to physically survive helps my mind not focus on anxiety)
Adult Coloring while listening to my favorite podcasts

Remember: You have to take your oxygen mask first before you can help others.
