That said, we do want to gently remind everyone that *payment is due at the time of service*. This policy isn’t about being strict — it’s about helping our small business stay strong and sustainable. When payments are delayed, it directly impacts our ability to pay our dedicated team, maintain equipment, and provide the high level of care your pets deserve.
As a small, locally owned practice, we don’t have large billing departments or corporate backing — we rely on prompt payments to keep things running smoothly and continue serving our community’s animals with the same heart and attention you’ve come to expect.
