“I lost my beloved cat suddenly and they were able to let me come in the same day. The gentleman I spoke with (who I believe is the owner) was very kind and gentle with the loss of my girl. They arranged everything and I was able to pick her up in a couple of days. Her paw print is absolutely beautiful, and I wish I could give a huge thank you to whoever collected her fur. They made sure to get every color that she had and layered it beautifully on the poem card.
