Been loving a relaxed yoga session Fridays after work followed by a relaxing Saturday morning 😴
I used to “have” to get my workouts over in the mornings or I would dread them all day. Now that I’ve found forms of movement I actually enjoy and feel good, I truly look forward to them! I no longer need to “get them over with”.
