utgers University, and have been a resident of Mansfield for 15 years. I am passionate about empowering women who are struggling to make time for self-care. I work with many women who are giving so much to others that they have trouble taking care of themselves. This includes, without limitation, moms, business executives, athletes, and caregivers. My clients seek my help for relief of their chronic pain, stress and overwhelm. I am here to help you too! I can deeply relate to many of my clients since I was a stay-at-home mom for 15 years and breast fed all three of my children. In recent years, I assisted my father in caregiving for my mother who was battling dementia and a stroke. I’ve had my share of pain and stress in my life, and I truly understand. Massage therapy has greatly improved my life and wellbeing in terms of healing from many injuries over the years. As a result of my experience with my own chronic neck pain, plantar fasciitis, and bilateral rotator cuff surgeries, I have developed treatment plans that work! If you find yourself feeling sore, uptight, defeated, or just not feeling good, I can provide massage therapy to improve your quality of life tremendously. I create a customized treatment plan to fit your schedule and get you to a place where you can function more efficiently PAIN AND STRESS FREE. I also cater to pregnant women. My partner, Raphaela, and I offer couples massage as well. We are honored to support our military heroes and spouses of Fort Dix, McGuire, and Lakehurst.
