⚡ Seizure First Aid 101 ⚡

1️⃣ Stay calm & protect them.
2️⃣ Time the seizure ⏱️. Call 911 if >5 mins.
3️⃣ Don’t restrain or put anything in their mouth 🚫.
4️⃣ Roll onto their side if safe.
5️⃣ Loosen tight clothing.

🩹 Cuts & Scrapes First Aid
1. Wash hands before touching the wound.
2. Stop bleeding with gentle pressure.
3. Clean with water and mild soap.
4. Apply ointment to prevent infection.
5. Cover with a clean bandage.
6. Watch for infection — redness, swelling, pus, or pain.
