✨ Tuve el privilegio de aprender directamente de la Dra. Alexa Yunes-Koch y su poderoso método MONDO. Cada estrategia compartida fue una invitación a transformar nuestras relaciones, especialmente con nuestros hijos, desde la empatía, la claridad y el respeto. Su enfoque es simplemente invaluable.
🗣 También tuve la oportunidad de compartir sobre la confianza: cómo se construye, cómo se sostiene y cómo puede convertirse en una fuerza transformadora para crear una realidad más plena y consciente. Fue un espacio de aprendizaje profundo, conexión humana y propósito compartido.
