I know I am probably not in the majority here, but I see yesterday as a huge win! RFK Jr and his panel looked at all the data and didn't change anything. No need to delay vaccines. And thank goodness, he didn't defund them! Just separate out the MMR and varicella at 12 mo (which most of us do anyway) bc of the 1/5000 risk of a febrile seizure. No changes at 4 years bc no risk at that point. So, to the vaccine hesitant folks, I hope this reads as a comfort and perhaps these folks will feel a little safer getting their child vaccinated. Fingers crossed he doesn't delay Hep B today!!
