Something I did a few years ago, I believe it was election time bringing out everyone’s ugly, I unfollowed everyone on Facebook. I was still connected to them as friends, but I wasn’t seeing any posts unless I went to their pages. Then, I slowly added people in based on what they shared (was it positive, or were they negatively centered)? If they were going through something, was their head held him? Any optimism? Those kinds of people inspired me. I surround myself with positive people. And it’s still this way. Most of my bio fam didn’t make the cut. I feel zero percent bad about that. This has nothing to do with love. 💙
