Our 200hr YTT students got to learn all about prop usage with our resident prop master, today! Mack taught us how to add more support, how to amp it up a few notches, and, most importantly, how to make your practice, YOUR practice!!

Props are for all of us, anytime and all the time!! 😉👌

We played with the bolsters and blankets, the straps, and all the blocks in the most fun ways!! A wonderful opportunity to deepen our knowledge and learn new ways to use familiar things!!

If you’re interested in learning all these awesome things with us, the next 200 hour training is already scheduled and on the books, ready for you to get signed up for!! Let us know if you need more details and we can send them your way!! 😉

We are just a couple weeks away from our Reiki Level 2 Training with Stephanie Henderson and Christy Brand! This strong and incredible group of rockstars joined the party and did some shakin, and spiralin, and LOTS of WOO-WOOOin for their weekend certification!! 😝

We had such a blast hosting their master teacher and learned so many fun things to bring to our Buti®️ classes here at Wild Root!! Thank you, Sara, for bringing that east coast vibe with ya and for schoolin us!! 😎👏

It’s Buti®️Training Week!!! 🥳

Join us this weekend with master trainer for the public Master Classes - Friday night 8/15 from 6-7p and Saturday morning 8/16 from 8-9:30a. Find registration for these classes on our pricing page under workshops & events. 😎

Cara is bringing her crystal bowls back for another soothing Sunday Sound Bath!! It was so lovely the first time that we couldn’t wait to get her back in for another one!! 😌

Join us on 8/10 from 4:30-5:30 PM as .unrue guides you through a calming, meditative sound journey. Let the soothing tones of the crystal bowls and gentle vibrations wash over you, melting stress and inviting deep rest.

This weekend was a big one for our newest 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainees! 🌟

Each of them completed their very first certification…leading 20 minutes of guided breathwork, sharing three-part breath and ujjayi pranayama with confidence, clarity, and so much heart. 💛

Watching them step into their voices, hold space for one another, and embody the role of teacher for the first time was pure magic. These are the moments where all the study, practice, and courage meet - and we couldn’t be prouder of this incredible crew. ☺️

First milestone: complete.
Many more to come. ✨

We’re already planning the next round if you’re thinking about joining the training! Info sessions are in the calendar and we’ll be sharing more details soon! 😏

We are just about through July, so here’s a heads up for what to expect in August!!!
unrue is coming back with her crystal bowls for another sound bath, Sunday, August 10 from 4:30-5:30p!! End your weekend with a relaxing and meditative sound healing session!

is coming to the studio in the middle of the month for training and certification, as well as two master classes for the public to join!! If you haven’t signed up for training, we have some raffle tickets still available to win your spot!! And if doing the training isn’t for you and you still wanna come play, sign up for the master classes while there’s still space!! Master classes are Friday August 15, 6-7p and Saturday August 16, 8-9:30a. Training will run all day Saturday and Sunday so the regular studi classes will be canceled! Let us know if you have any questions!!

And finally, at the end of the month, is hosting her Friday Night Headphones Flow!! A special 90-minute session with all the props and all the vibes!! A super chill way to end your week and shift gently into the weekend! Space is limited - don’t wait to sign up!
