New class style on the schedule at the main studio - and with a brand new teacher too!! ☺️👏

We’re so excited to announce that will be joining the team to take over Tuesday nights at 7:30p for Restore. This class will focus on slowing it all the way down… gentle restorative postures, nurturing breath work, and a pace that feels truly slow and nourishing.

Expect hands-on support, plenty of props, and space to really settle in.

Come as you are, leave feeling refreshed, renewed, and relaxed.

Join for her incredible 3-week Growing Wild Prenatal Yoga Series April 27, May 4, and May 11 from 6:00-7:30p at our new location!! This informative series is designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy and is open to all trimesters with physician approval.

Rachel’s series offers space to connect deeply with your body, your baby, and your own inner wisdom. Each class is thoughtfully themed to enhance your MINDBODY awareness, promote self connection and prepare you for birth with confidence.

These Monday night sessions will be at our Training Center located at 510 E N Broadway. Let us know if you have any questions or need assistance signing up!

This 75-minute version of our set sequence will feature an extended savasana and a much lower room temperature. This could be a perfect opportunity to check it out before popping in for her weekly Hot Classic on Wednesdays at noon!!!

One of the biggest myths about yoga is that you have to already be flexible to start.

You don’t. 😉

Yoga is actually what builds flexibility over time. In the body, sure, but also in the mind. The whole point of the practice is meeting yourself where you are and working from there, no judgements and no expectations.

You don’t need to touch your toes.
You don’t need fancy poses.
You don’t need experience.

All you really need is a body and a willingness to show up. 😌

Roll & Restore workshop with is back on Friday, March 13 from 6:30-8p!

Join Steph Jo at the main studio for this relaxing and restorative 90 minute yoga wheel flow! You’ll slowly move through several grounding sequences that help to offer deep stretches, then end with a soothing sound bath so you can settle into the weekend gently! No experience needed and everyone is welcome!

Yoga wheels are provided, but space is limited! Grab your spot today! 🌀🌀

We are so excited about the Wild Root Yoga Training Center, and cannot wait for you all to see it!! 🤩

Located at 510 E N Broadway, on the NW corner at the intersection of Indianola and N Broadway, suite 301 on the third floor. This beautiful new space has lots of natural light pouring in from all the windows, with amazing views of the neighborhood, and also - tons of parking! 😎

We have 2 weekly classes on the schedule for now at this location :

🌱 Yin Yoga with on Tuesdays at 6:30p

🌱 Yoga + Meditation with on Wednesdays at 6:30p

We will host workshops, trainings, and other events at the Training Center, so keep yours eyes open for what’s going on!! We’ll keep you posted!!

Posture Party is back!!

Join on Saturdays, March 21 through May 9, 2-3:15p for six fun weeks exploring common yoga shapes together!

With gentle warmups to start each class, you’ll explore 3 or 4 yoga postures that are frequently cued in vinyasa style classes. We’ll play with different variations of the shapes and use all the props! It’s such an awesome way to find the version of each pose that feels best for your body!

Our 200hr YTT students will be in each session also, adding to the learning experience!! 🤩👏

And, major bonus - this series comes with an open pass to the studio! A perfect opportunity for you to test out your shapes in your favorite classes!!

** NOTE ** gotta skip 4/4 & 4/11 - SJ will be out of town! 😎

A strength-driven class blending Pilates, yoga, and weights to sculpt, tone, and build deep core stability. Expect low-impact, high-burn sequences that combine controlled movement, isometric holds, dynamic sculpting, and intentional yoga-based transitions to support alignment, mobility, and full-body strength.
