This year's Platform Lecture focuses on the Schroth Method, a specialized physical therapy approach for conservative management of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS). This scoping review aims to identify and summarize the current evidence on dosing parameters currently utilized in the implementation of the Schroth Method for AIS management.

This presentation will explore pediatric golf injuries with a focus on the prevalence of low back pain among youth golfers. It will examine the unique physical demands on golfers and how overuse and swing mechanics contribute to musculoskeletal injuries of the lumbar region. The presentation will also outline evidence-based strategies to manage back pain and decrease risk of re-injury.
