What are you fighting, what are you hiding? Both are keeping you from reaching your full potential. What are you going to do about it? Hope is not a strategy. Intentional change is!

A long time posting, but life happens, to all of us. When it all seems overwhelming, what are you going to do? (It happens to all of us). Do a little self-reflection, but in a positive, forward looking type of way. It is too easy to think of all the negative that has surrounded you in a cloud for a bit. It can be all encompassing if you allow it to take over. Break free (it is a choice), stop feeling sorry for yourself (it is a choice), and move forward. You can achieve what you want if you take all of the no’s and disappointments as a springboard forward.
Do not allow anyone else to determine your fate, only you can truly control that. Circumstances don’t control your outcome. You have people that believe in you, so fight forward, march on, and believe in yourself, so many others believe in you as well!!

When does competition, or competing mean something to you? If you don’t compete while practicing your sport, it will be difficult to compete during a match or game. Practice with intention and purpose of improving every rep/step/shot etc…. That type of focus leads to improvement and more consistent performance.
