We're excited to announce our next mindfulness series starting 1/15! 🧘♀️✨
This course is for adults looking to learn the basics of practicing mindfulness and incorporating self-care activities into their daily routine. During each class, participants will be introduced to a weekly topic related to mindfulness/self-care, engage in a self-reflection activity (i.e. journaling), and practice mindfulness meditations in a safe and supportive space.
