There’s a reason we tend to feel more balanced and steady after time in nature. Something in us tends to remember - through the body (not the mind) what it feels like to be held.

The roots simply extend and the tree is supported, whether it feels it or not.

I am supported, even when I don’t feel it.

That’s the reminder I keep coming back to in this unsteady world. Maybe you need it, too.

There’s something sooo special that happens when voices come together like this - such heartfelt presence and connection.

In a world that feels increasingly uncertain, with so much beyond our control, from global conflict to the weight of collective fear, this wise quote can offer guidance.

It’s about recognizing where our agency still lives. We can tend to how we meet the world.

We can notice when we’re overwhelmed…. And choose to come back to the present moment.

We can stay informed without becoming consumed.

We can meet fear with grounded steadiness, rather than allowing it to take over us.

In doing so, we become part of a different kind of response…

One rooted in awareness, compassion, steadiness and intention. 💛
