Sometimes all it takes is a step outside to start shifting the weight we carry inside.

July is Minority Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to recognize the unique mental health struggles faced by marginalized communities — and to remind ourselves that healing can begin with small, intentional moments like this one.

So if you see me out walking with the sun on my face and flowers in my path… just know I’m choosing myself, one step at a time. 🌈✨
