Today, my littlest is headed into the Cath Lab for a heart procedure. This makes procedure number 4.

Kastner's journey changed the trajectory of my professional life, which bled into my personal life.

While these moments of hearing what can happen when your child goes under and having to sign your consent may not get any easier, giving myself space to feel all my emotions has. Feeling all the feels has guided me to have a natural perspective of gratitude, to feel lighter in the midst of heaviness and in unexpectancy, and observe and detach from my destructive victim based thinking.

Today, I choose to be embodied- allowing myself to feel my emotions, not stuffing any of them down, and attuning to blessing after blessing that we get to receive.

Here's to a healthy, vibrant heart flowing with joy and ease!
