💙 Celebrating 7 Incredible Years of Leadership with Kelsay! 💙

Today we celebrate 7 amazing years of Kelsay at Imprint Pediatric Therapy and NeuroVersity Adult Day Program, a leader whose determination, loyalty, and heart have helped shape who we are today.

Kelsay leads with steadiness, compassion, and purpose. As CEO, she keeps the culture and mission of IPT/ NV at the center of everything she does. Whether guiding big decisions, supporting therapists and clients on the therapy floor, or jumping in to help wherever needed, her dedication to this organization is felt every single day.
Her reliability, willingness to listen, and ability to lead with both strength and kindness continue to inspire our entire team. Many who have worked alongside her remember the joy and encouragement she has always brought to the therapy floor, a spirit that still defines the culture of IPT/NV today.

Beyond her leadership, Kelsay is also a devoted mother and coach, balancing her role at IPT/ NV with being present for her family, something we truly admire.
