• Massage – gentle pressure increases circulation and reduces tightness
• Tapping – light, rhythmic tapping helps your nerves adapt to new sensations
• Desensitization – use different textures (cloth, cotton ball, towel) to gradually decrease sensitivity
• Scar mobilization – slow movement around the scar helps prevent adhesions and improves mobility
