A Celebration of Amanda's Faith and Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, January 30 at McKown Funeral Home with Celebrant Chase Cherry. Family will receive friends from Noon until service time.

Ralph Jilg of Silver Creek died Thursday, January 22, 2026 in Lincoln.

Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 am Tuesday, January 27th at St. Lawrence Church in Silver Creek. There will be a Vigil service at 5:00 pm Monday at St. Lawrence Church with visitation to follow from 6-8 pm, also at the church. Visitation continues Tuesday morning from 9:30 am until service time at the church. Military Honors by Silver Creek American Legion Post 263 and members of the US Army Honor Guard. Interment is in the Silver Creek Cemetery.

Idamae Yokley, age 96, of Omaha, Nebraska, formerly of Genoa, passed away on January 22, 2026, at the Josie Harper Hospice House.

A public viewing/visitation will be held at McKown Funeral Home, 726 Willard Ave., Genoa, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 25, 2026. A private family service will be held at the Mortuary prior to interment at Valley View Cemetery in Genoa. A Celebration of Idamae’s Life will be held in Omaha at a later date.

A service with Military Honors by The American Legion Hartman Post 84 Honor Guard will take place at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at McKown Funeral Home in Columbus.

A celebration of Steven's life, doing what he enjoyed most—camping—will take place in the summer.
