On July 29th, 2025, heaven gained, but we lost, a beautiful angel. Fayeah NovaLee Danielson was born on December 21st, 2016 in Crete, Nebraska. In her 8 short years on this Earth, Fayeah touched the lives of everyone she met. She had a knack for making friends wherever she went with her bubbly personality and contagious laugh, she melted hearts. Her pure, radiant smile wasn't only seen, but felt and is forever etched in our souls.

Funeral and Celebration of Life are to be determined.

Rita M. Tate, 89, of Genoa, died on Friday, August 1, 2025 in Genoa.

Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 am Thursday, August 7 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Genoa. Visitation is from 5:00- 7 pm Wednesday with a 7:00 pm Vigil to follow, all at Church. Burial is in St. Peter & Paul Cemetery in Krakow, NE.

In lieu of plants and flowers, memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later time.

Rita M. Tate, 89, of Genoa, died on Friday, August 1, 2025 in Genoa. Mass of Christian Burial is 1030 am Thursday, August 7 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Genoa. Visitation is from 500- 7 pm Wednesday with a 700 pm Vigil to follow, all at Church.

Memorial Service and Visitation is Thursday, July 31st at 7 p.m. at Ministerios Pentecostes Fresca Uncion Church. Farewell Service is August 1st at 10 a.m. at the church and burial at 12 p.m. at Roselawn Cemetery. The Church is located at 2475 39th Avenue, Columbus, Nebraska 68601.

Funeral services are 11:00 AM Monday, August 4, 2025, at the First United Methodist Church. Visitation is Sunday from 5:00-6:00 PM at McKown Funeral Home. Visitation will continue Monday from 10:00-11:00 AM at the church. Burial will be 2:30 PM Monday in the Central City Cemetery.

Robert Haupt, age 58, of Columbus died Saturday, July 12, 2025 at his home. Robert was born September 27, 1966, in California to Robert Haupt and Sharon Johnson. He grew up in California before moving to Hawaii. He lived over 30 years in Hawaii where he worked as a bartender.
