I believe each person deserves the chance to learn how to optimize their health in all areas of life and I love helping people lead their lives in a positive direction. The body is a system designed for health and healing, but much of modern life limits our potential to live our very best lives. In contrast, it's amazing to see what the human body can do when we give it a chance to function as it was designed. For anyone is ready to improve their health and advance their life, they need support, education, coaching, and trusted people in their inner circle to keep them moving in the right direction. Mental - Physical - Emotional - Social - Spiritual - Environmental
Every area of our health is connected to the other. The food we eat does make a difference in how we feel, how we sleep, our energy and focus, even anxiety and depression. I work to educate others on the ways in which our decisions and routines connect to our health and how to design our lives for the absolute best health we can achieve. I've witnessed many wonderful ways in which food can be used to heal, as well as how a few small changes can have a profound impact in someone's life and health. My job is to help lead others to understand how to lead their own lives in a way that works for their specific needs and allows them to experience an abundant life at the fullest! I incorporate a blended model of practice that includes insights from the worlds of Nutrition & Dietetics, Functional Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, Integrative Therapeutics, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Environmental Medicine and more. We do not need to choose between beautiful public spaces and healthier communities. 🌻 🌿☀️ 🌸

We can have both.

But that will require a shift in how we think, how we speak, and how willing we are to ask hard questions about the ordinary things we’ve been taught not to question. It will require neighbors who care enough to speak up. Parents who care enough to ask. Leaders who care enough to lead differently.

Yesterday I watched city workers spray a local playground.

The same playground where toddlers crawl… and kids fall face-first in the grass.

No signs.
No notice.
No explanation.

That moment hit me hard.

Because we’ve normalized chemicals in the exact places children live, play, breathe, and grow.

We assume if the grass looks clean… it must be safe.

But beauty and safety are not the same thing.

A green field can still be a chemically treated field.

A “maintained” park can still carry invisible residue.

This isn’t about fear.

It’s about asking better questions:

• What was sprayed?
• When was it sprayed?
• How long before children should return?
• Are there safer alternatives?

Families deserve transparency.
Children deserve better.
Communities deserve options beyond routine spraying.

💭 I had a conversation recently with a young woman struggling with PCOS.

She was doing everything she’d been told:

⬇️ Low calorie. ⬇️ 🤦‍♂️

🏃‍♀️ More cardio. 🏃‍♀️‍➡️

“Just take the pill.” 💊

And yet…

🥱 She still felt exhausted.

Her cycle was irregular.

Her body felt like it was working against her.

At one point she looked at me and said:
“I feel stuck. I feel broken.” 💔

That’s the moment I wish more people could see.

Because here’s the truth no one is saying loudly enough:

👉 PCOS is not just a hormone problem.
👉 And your symptoms are not stuck in place.
📣 Healing is absolutely possible.

Your PCOS...?

It’s a signal.

🚨 A signal that something deeper is off:

– Blood sugar instability

Target says that by May 31 it will stop selling breakfast cereals made with certified synthetic food dyes.

That may seem like small news. It’s not a federal ban. It’s not sweeping legislation. It’s a retailer changing its standards.

But scale matters.

Target operates nearly 2,000 stores across the country. When a retailer that size updates what’s allowed on its shelves, manufacturers reformulate.

When you remove ingredients that don’t add value, even small ones, you lower the overall chemical load people are exposed to day after day. No single change transforms health. But small reductions, multiplied across millions of families, shift the baseline.

That’s often how food evolves in the United States. Not through one sweeping reform, but through steady adjustments driven by consumer expectations and retailer standards.

It may look incremental. But when companies of this size adjust their ingredient expectations, it reshapes the marketplace. This is a win in my book.
