I’m so excited to be part of the Level 1 Functional Pelvic Health Practitioner™ Lab as a Teaching Assistant with The Functional Pelvis!

This is the only 5-month pelvic health program designed exclusively for OTs that provides such a comprehensive, guided path from newbie to confident practitioner.

By this stage, each student has completed a robust blend of online learning and mentorship covering everything from anatomy to treatment planning and has been part of an incredibly supportive community along the way. Now, they’re bringing that knowledge to life in the hands-on lab experience (both in-person and virtual).

After this, participants will complete a skills-based assessment to officially earn their Level 1 Functional Pelvic Health Practitioner™ designation 💪

I can’t wait to work alongside these dedicated OTs to help them apply what they’ve learned, refine their techniques, and step confidently into their role as pelvic health practitioners.

Here’s to the next generation of confident, capable, and compassionate OTs leading the way in pelvic health! 💜

Hiya Mamas! The family and I were able to get out on the trails today.. we were having “Special Reagan Day” with our oldest, as she starts school tomorrow! What I didn’t prepare for was the exhaustion and c-section discomfort after our walk, despite my abdominal binder and a few weeks of rest.

Even the Pelvic floor OT… needs pelvic floor therapy! What am I working on now?

✨ diaphragmatic breathing
✨ sleep, hey it’s an occupation!
✨ ADLs and the new routine
✨ Co-Occupations with baby
✨ log rolling out of bed
✨ breath work with transfers, ascending and descending steps, picking up baby, reaching etc.
✨ ergonomics while feeding baby
& so much more!

And definitely will be incorporating scar work/ massage when I’m in the clear 🤍

Hi Mamas! I wanted to introduce you to our baby girl Georgia Grace (GiGi) 🤍 she’s now a WHOLE week old. Mommy-hood is my favorite thing in life, and now I feel that our family is complete. Her big sister, Reagan, is the best helper and little mama! We are just overjoyed 💕

Postpartum recovery after my repeat c-section has been 100xs better this time around. I follow the home pelvic floor exercise program I provide my acute postpartum patients which has been so helpful. I can’t get enough water to drink and have been adding electrolytes to give me that extra boost!

Get excitedddd as I will be taking virtual (Ohio) and in person clients starting mid-end October! MORE information to come on this! DM me for any questions!
