To have the best environment to heal - we need distance from toxic harmful people.

To keep being harmed - means we stay stuck in abuse and trauma and it's impossible to heal.

We need the compassion and love for ourselves - to be free from any toxic environment and people.

For child abuse survivors- I understand the pain this causes.
When your own parents don't love you - you can understandably think no-one will.
