Fall Recovery Wellness Workshop

Join us Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 6-8 pm or Saturday, October 30, 2021 from 9:30-11:30 am for an interactive online educational workshop focused on enhancing addiction recovery.

We will discuss the food-mood connection, wellness strategies that improve mental health and resilience, how to identify addiction-switching, and how to have a shame-free recovery!

We want anyone who wants to attend to be able to attend! If you need financial assistance, please contact Erica at ericabass@wellbeingsinc.org to discuss a fee discount.
