I started my fascia blasting journey on 6/17/19. Didn’t do very good on monthly pictures, but I feel the need to share what I have since I’ve lost 25 lbs and people are really noticing!!

I started doing a cleanse, which was what was recommended in my initial ZYTO scan. I had stirred everything up in my body but didn’t get all the backed-up waste out and actually had to do another cleanse during my second month(May).

This is also when I purchased my Fascia Blaster tools from www.ashleyblackguru.com but I couldn’t seem to find the time to use it. Then I decided to make it my mission to use it every day in June. I was using a supplement called Cellu-smooth for the first 3 months and wasn’t seeing much of a change. Don’t get me wrong, it was helping...just not as quick as I had hoped.

But when I thought about how long it took my body to get to the overweight, achy, bloated person I was looking at...I had to keep telling myself that it would take some time for my body to rebalance and start correcting itself in order to lose the weight I wanted to be rid of.

It took a couple months of a few different supplements to start getting my body on track...basically with my waste elimination 💩

So then I looked at some other Weight management options that Nature’s Sunshine had to offer and decided to try Fat Grabbers. I started taking 2 capsules a day (bottle lasted me 90 days this way!!) and I noticed changes occurring quicker.

So the fascia blaster helps break up the fat and water being stored in my fascia layers (which are everywhere in your body) to be reabsorbed into your body and the fat grabbers helps get rid of the fat and water through elimination.

I was seeing changes from head to toe!! I really wish I had though to do measurements to see my total inches lost (Did you see my pic today?!?! My underwear has wrinkles in them because they are so lose and I have a small gap between my thighs!!!). I haven’t just lost inches in the stomach, waist, butt and thighs, but EVERYWHERE!!!! I even took a pic of my wrist to show you were I used to wear my watch on the 3rd hole and now it’s on the 4th hole. I was a size 14 pants when I started this journey. I just tried on a pair of 11’s today...and they fit!!!!

I hope this inspires someone to consider a ZYTO scan. It really helps to take the guesswork out of what your body needs, which will save you money!!

Time to refill roller bottles. What are your favorite mixes?

1- P.L.O.T.E.R is my own recipe for respiratory help with congestion, coughing, pneumonia, etc: Apply to chest, under nose, and bottoms of feet
2- Essential Shield is a protective blend that is an all around virus and bacteria fighter. Can be used as an immune booster and preventative: Apply along each side of the spine, inside of feet and below the toes
3- C.L.R. Is my own recipe for throat and lymph system support. Helps relieve sore throats and aid lymph nodes in flushing of the nasties: apply on throat and swollen glands.
