Basil Family Medicine is a growing Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice redefining how care is delivered. We believe in longer visits, trusted relationships, and clinical autonomy. We’re looking for a like-minded Family Medicine Physician to join our mission.

🌿 Position Highlights:
✅ Manage your own panel (up to 500 patients)
✅ Start with 50–75 established patients
✅ Full autonomy over clinic days and time off
✅ Minimal after-hours volume, but availability required
✅ Vacation coverage arranged collaboratively
✅ Office manager supports scheduling, recruiting & logistics

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine

One of my favorite parts of the season is watching our office come to life with beautiful flowers. They bring joy not just to our patients, but to all of us on the team.

Peonies are my favorites, and they’re all starting to bloom 💕 Elegant, vibrant, and full of life… just like the care we strive to give every day.
