Meet Brooke, one of our dedicated Nurse Practitioners here at River City Neurological Associates!

Brooke started her nursing career in 2008 working closely with Dementia patients. Years later, she worked at Piedmont in Neurology for 6 years then transferred to the Post Anesthesia Care Unit for an additional 6 years. She joined our team at River City Neurological Associates in late 2021. —Brooke is passionate about holistic and preventative medicine. She takes pride in providing compassionate, understanding, and high quality care to her patients. —Brooke lives in Marion county with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the outdoors with her family.—She holds a Masters of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from South University in Savannah GA.

Meet Kim, one of our dedicated Nurse Practitioners here at River City Neurological Associates!

Kim began her healthcare journey with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Valdosta State University in 2017. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, she gained valuable experience working in a variety of specialties including GYN/hematology oncology, inpatient hospice, med-surg, and outpatient chemotherapy infusion. She later earned her Masters of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Columbus State University and has been caring for patients at our clinic since 2021.

Kim specializes in diagnosing and treating a wide range of neurological conditions and is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care to every patient she sees.

Outside of the clinic, Kim enjoys life with her wife, daughter, and their four dogs. She loves spending time with family and friends, soaking up the outdoors, and heading to the beach whenever she can.

Chelsea brings over a decade of experience in healthcare, having spent 9 years in both neurology and interventional radiology at Piedmont before joining River City Neurological Associates in 2021. She is passionate about preventative health and wellness and remains committed to staying current with the latest advancements in medicine to provide her patients with the highest quality of care.

Chelsea holds a Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from South University and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys spending quality time with her husband, their two children, and their dog. She also loves reading and traveling whenever she gets the chance.

As the only neurologist at RCNA, Dr. Pathan is passionate about delivering personalized, compassionate care for a wide range of neurological conditions — including migraines, epilepsy, neuropathy, and movement disorders. His calm, thoughtful approach helps patients feel at ease and confident in their care.

Dr. Pathan is known for taking the time to truly listen, educate, and walk alongside his patients on their journey to better neurological health.

Outside of the office, Dr. Pathan enjoys spending quality time with his family and tending to his garden — a peaceful retreat that reflects the same care and patience he brings to his work.
