Week 1. This midlife is no joke. This lady and are making it a little bit easier!! Come along on a journey to 50 with me!! (7 weeks) new supplements, anti inflammatory meals, zone 2 walks, meditation and yoga 🧘🏾♀️ what do I wanna get out of this program? Good nutrition, energy, mindfulness, less bloating, less mind fog, toning up this body!! I am the biggest advocate with supporting and pumping up my fellow females but I am the meanest and most unforgiving to myself! This must change and I am putting in the work to do that!! What you water, grows! I’ll be combining plus and some Ayurvedic knowledge and sharing what is working and what’s not!! 🪴 🧘🏾♀️🥗💪🏾☀️
