Meet Mandy Wreford!

Our ASC Coordinator & Surgical Tech, and a true behind-the-scenes hero at Lane Dermatology.

Mandy has been caring for our patients for 18 years, commuting daily from Manchester and bringing a calm, gentle presence to every interaction. Her dedication to patient comfort, safety, and seamless care is felt everywhere—from the surgery center to the hospital, where she assists Dr. Josh with every case.

She also manages all medical supplies ordering for Lane Dermatology, helping keep our practice running smoothly so our patients always receive the best care possible.
