I'm hosting my death planning workshop virtually on the 18th. (and in person in Columbus on the 22nd!) This workshop for anyone at any age, and is about giving yourself permission to talk about what matters: your values, your comfort, your legacy, before someone else has to guess.
During our 90 minutes together I invite you to slow down, reflect, and put your end-of-life wishes into words. Together, we’ll explore the practical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of death planning. From medical directives and legacy letters to the rituals and comforts that matter most to you.

Nobody warns you that these two caregiving experiences are completely different planets.
With a terminal illness, you're slowly releasing someone you love. With dementia, you're chasing them. Celebrating tiny moments of recognition like they're sacred, because they are.
Both are hard. Both deserve to be talked about honestly.
