So it’s been about 4 months since I’ve been able to post about our adventures at The Ridge. I have SO much to catch up y’all up on! We’ve had several awesome achievements by our Ridgecrest Team! We had 2 great surveys at the SAME TIME on 12-5-25! We had our annual state Healthcare Facility Regulation/CMS recertification survey, which we received only one citation and it was for a simple paperwork issue! Our second survey on 12-5-25 was our Joint Commission Accreditation survey and we blew it away! We are officially accredited by Joint Commission and are the only skilled nursing facility in our area that has earned that prestigious designation! {We will be working on getting our two sister facilities (Orchard View and Muscogee Manor) accredited in 2026, hopefully.} Additionally, starting in February, Ridgecrest achieved a 5 out of 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating on the CMS Nursing Home Care Compare website which is VERY difficult to achieve!! Additionally, I think I posted in February, our awesome Maintenance Supervisor, Brad Adams, was awarded the 2026 GHCA Long Term Care Champion of Engineering/ Environmental Services! 🎉 The RC/HACGA team aren’t perfect and works daily to continue to improve. Our RC Team works really hard, and not only do we provide great care to our residents, which is our mission, but we are earning achievements and ratings that reflect some of the positive results resulting from those hard work efforts!! Congratulations RC!!!🎉🥳
